This Sunday Service was presented by the Finance Committee. The subject of the sermon, by Mike Knapp, was The Generosity of Giving. This years the stewardship committee asked members and friends to bring their pledges to the service and they were collected during the service after a special meditation led by Mary Kay Madsen. This celebration recalls Jan. 5, 1875 when the Universalist Church was established in Waterloo.
